To arrange an initial session we need you to complete the following brief form. The form can be completed here or you can print it out and post it to us. All information you supply will be treated in strict confidence.

The current waiting time for initial appointments is 2 - 3 weeks, depending on your availability (up to 10 weeks if required to be in the evening).

Fast Track:
  Fast Track usually offers appointments on Friday afternoons and Saturdays.  The initial appointment will cost £45, and each weekly appointment thereafter is £45.

There are currently only limited Fast Track spaces available, and these are mostly on Saturdays.  Please check back soon to see if this has changed.
